I gave 5 stars because of the quality of the device. It is very well made, and I do like using it. It feels good on my skin - warm but not hot at all. I use it about 8 inches away from the area that I am treating. I have not had it long enough (received in April 2024) to say whether or not it is helping me, but I am hopeful.
