Coverage:

  • Duration: 10-year warranty.
  • Scope: Covers factory defects in internal or external components, material physical flaws that impact performance (e.g., splits, cracks, delamination, broken screens).

Exclusions:

  • Filters or parts designed to be replaced periodically.
  • Damage due to misuse, exposure to harsh conditions, improper maintenance, and other specified conditions.

Remedies:

  • First 2 years: 100% warranty credit for original purchase price.
  • Year 3: 75% warranty credit, decreasing 10% per year through year 10.
  • Repair Costs: Billed at $125 per hour plus parts and shipping, prorated based on warranty schedule.

Echo H2 Warranty

Coverage:

  • Duration: 10-year warranty.
  • Scope: Similar coverage and exclusions as Echo Ultimate.

Remedies:

  • First 2 years: 100% warranty credit for original purchase price.
  • Year 3: 75% warranty credit, decreasing 10% per year through year 10.
  • Repair Costs: Billed at $125 per hour plus parts and shipping, prorated based on warranty schedule.

Echo Server Warranty

Coverage:

  • Duration: 10-year warranty.
  • Scope: Similar coverage and exclusions as Echo Ultimate, plus requirement to use a whole home water filter or Echo RO filter.

Remedies:

  • First 2 years: 100% warranty credit for original purchase price.
  • Year 3: 75% warranty credit, decreasing 10% per year through year 10.

Echo RO Warranty

Coverage:

  • Duration: 5-year warranty.

Echo Whole Home Filter Warranty

Coverage:

  • Duration: 5-year warranty.
  • Scope: Similar coverage and exclusions as Echo Ultimate, plus expectation to replace the main tank after 3 years of normal usage.

Remedies:

  • First year: 100% warranty credit for original purchase price.
  • Year 2: 75% warranty credit, decreasing 10% per year through year 10.
  • Repair Costs: Billed at $125 per hour plus parts and shipping, prorated based on warranty schedule.

Echo Ultimate Digital Faucet Warranty

Coverage:

  • Duration: 5-year warranty.
  • Scope: Similar coverage and exclusions as Echo Ultimate.

Remedies:

  • First year: 100% warranty credit for original purchase price.
  • Year 2: 75% warranty credit, decreasing 25% per year through year 5.
  • Repair Costs: Billed at $125 per hour plus parts and shipping, prorated based on warranty schedule.

General Conditions for All Warranties:

  • Products must be purchased from an authorized dealer.
  • Coverage is for the original consumer/purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Products must be registered within 30 days of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Certain damages and improper uses void the warranty.
  • Surge protector use is required to prevent damage from power surges.

TYENT

This Guarantee is applicable to all units purchased on or after January 15th, 2010

If you, the customer, experience any performance issues with our cutting-edge water ionizer systems, then we will fix or replace the unit. We will action repairs or replacements within one week, in the majority of cases. Any damaged unit will be fixed or replaced with a comparable unit at no cost to you (excluding shipping). The only eventuality not covered under our warranty is intentional or accidental breakage caused by dropping one of our units or damage arising from something of a similar nature. Feel free to use our units in any type of water, and to produce as much water as you wish. Our advanced cleaning system, filtration and power methods are the toughest and most advanced in the industry.

The terms above are in effect FOREVER on all of our units*. This is the Tyent Lifetime Guarantee.

Coverage:

  • Fiberglass Construction: 2-year warranty.
  • Inflatable PVC Construction: 6-month warranty.
  • Electronic and Mechanical Components: 1-year warranty (including pump, chiller unit, filtration system, computer systems).

Remedies:

  • Dream Water Ltd. will either (a) repair the hardware defect at no charge using new or refurbished replacements, or (b) exchange the product with a new or equivalent product.
  • A replacement part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

Exclusions and Limitations:

  • This warranty applies only to products manufactured by or for Dream Water Ltd.
  • The warranty does not cover non-Dreampod hardware or software, damage caused by failure to follow instructions, alterations or modifications by unauthorized representatives, or damage from accidents, misuse, or external causes.
  • Warranty does not cover the cost of returning the product to Dream Water Ltd.

Dreampod Ice Bath and Cold Plunge Barrel Warranty

Coverage:

Coverage:

  • Duration: 5-year warranty.

  • Normal wear and tear and natural weather conditions.
  • Regular required maintenance (e.g., tightening bands on the barrels, cleaning, or staining the sauna).
  • Misuse or negligence.
  • Service or labor costs are not covered under the warranty.

  • This is a parts-only warranty, meaning any service or labor costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Penguin Chillers Warranty

Coverage:

  • Duration: 1-year warranty. Optional extended warranties may be available for an additional charge.
  • Scope: Covers defects in materials and workmanship.

Exclusions:

  • Damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from alterations, modifications, improper use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, exposure to moisture, fire, improper packing and shipping, lightning, power surges, or other acts of nature.
  • Warranty does not cover consequential, indirect, or incidental damages, including lost revenues or profits.

Remedies:

  • Penguin Chillers will, at their discretion, repair or replace the chiller.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping charges to send the chiller to Penguin Chillers for repair. The chiller must be properly packaged and insured for shipment.
  • Penguin Chillers will ship the repaired or replaced chiller back to the customer at no additional cost within the continental 48 states. Surcharges may apply outside this area.

Additional Notes:

  • This warranty does not cover costs related to the removal, re-installation, setup, adjustment of user controls, or installation of the product.
  • This limited warranty is void if the product’s serial number label is removed or defaced, if the product is not distributed by Penguin Chillers, or if the product is not purchased from an authorized Penguin Chillers reseller.

Coverage:

    • 2 years in the European Union, UK, and Switzerland.
    • 1 year elsewhere in the world (unless local regulations require a more extensive warranty).

Remedies:

  • CORE will, at its sole discretion, refund the purchase price, repair, or replace the product or any of its components with refurbished products or components.
  • Repairs or replacements under this warranty will be at no charge to the customer.

Exclusions:

  • Cosmetic damage not affecting the use of the product.
  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, excessive liquid contact, fire, or other external causes.
  • Damage caused by misuse or use in violation of product instructions or intended uses.
  • Defects caused by normal wear and tear or due to the normal aging of the product.
  • Products with opened or tampered electronic module housings or other modifications.
  • Products procured in violation of laws or from second-hand sources.

Coverage:

  • General Conditions:
    • This warranty becomes effective on the invoice date of the original purchase.
    • Parts repaired or replaced under the warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
    • The warranty is valid while the equipment remains in the possession of the original purchaser, and proof of purchase is demonstrated.
    • Claims must be made within the part-specific warranty period.
    • Upgrades must be made as required by the company.

Exclusions:

  • This warranty shall be null and void if:

    • Safety, maintenance, and usage guidelines are not followed.
    • The equipment is used for purposes other than intended, stored, or used outdoors, or in environments without adequate climate/humidity controls.
    • An At Home Reformer is used in commercial fitness facilities.
    • The equipment has been subjected to accident, misuse, abuse, improper service, or unauthorized modifications.
    • Springs on spring-loaded equipment are not changed every two years.
  • This warranty does not cover:

    • Damage to the finish of any equipment.
    • Shipping charges, customs clearance fees, or any costs incurred in installing repaired or replacement parts.

Maintenance:

  • Regular maintenance is required to keep Reformers and other large equipment running at optimal performance.

Playermaker Warranty

Lost Parts:

  • Lost parts of the Playermaker kit are not covered under the warranty policy.

Subscription Plan Purchases:

  • Coverage: Continuous warranty as long as the subscription is active.
  • Scope: Covers both the Playermaker case and the Playermaker sensors.
  • Process: Contact Playermaker support via the submit a request form with details of the problem. Product images and videos will help speed up the replacement process.

Non-Subscription Purchases:

  • Coverage: 1-year warranty from the day you receive your Playermaker device.
  • Scope: Covers both the Playermaker case and the Playermaker sensors.
  • Process: Contact Playermaker support via the submit a request form with details of the problem. Product images and videos will help speed up the replacement process.

General Conditions for All Warranties:

  • Products must be purchased from an authorized dealer.
  • Coverage is for the original consumer/purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Certain damages and improper uses void the warranty.

BioMat Warranty

Coverage:

  • Duration: 3-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
  • Scope: Covers defects and malfunctions in the specified products under normal use.

Products Covered:

  • Biomat 7000MX, Biobelt 7000MX, Amethyst Pillow: Covers electronic components, heating element, top cover replacement, pillow (stone) wrap replacement, and carry case.
  • Quantum Energy Pad, Quantum Energy Comforter: Covers microfiber cover, internal cushion, comforter, and pillow case.
  • Alkal-Life 7000SL: Covers main unit and accompanying parts.
  • Rejuvena 7000: Covers main unit, adapter, and USB charger.

Warranty Process:

  • For defects or malfunctions, contact Richway & Fuji Bio at 808-589-2800 or toll-free at 855-338-6410, or email rma@richwayusa.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA).
  • Include the purchaser's name, RI (Richway Invoice) number, and a detailed description of the problem.
  • Ship the product postage paid, including a copy of the original sales slip or other proof of purchase. If within the first 2 months, a prepaid shipping label will be provided. From the third month onwards, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the product for repair or replacement.

Warranty Exceptions:

  • Abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, ordinary wear, fading, failure to follow instructions, and improper maintenance.
  • Products purchased opened, used, repaired, repackaged, and/or resealed.
  • Products altered, modified, or repaired without prior written consent from Richway & Fuji Bio.
  • Cosmetic damage not affecting functionality.

Trade-In Policy:

  • Trade in old Richway & Fuji Bio products for a credit towards a new purchase.
  • Amount of credit: 30% of the original purchase price of the trade-in item towards one of equal or greater value OR 30% off a lesser value item.
  • Credit can be applied to the purchase of one new item only and cannot be combined.
