Echo General Return Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with Echo! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange. 

Please submit your return or exchange here.

Instant Exchanges- If you opt for an instant exchange, your exchange order will be created immediately. Please note if your item is required to be returned back to us and you fail to do so before the label expires (after 28 days), you will be charged for the exchange.

WHAT IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

If you run into an issue upon delivery (you never received your item, item arrived damaged/defective, or the wrong product was delivered), please let us know by filing a claim here so we can make it right!

  • Please keep in mind that claims need to be submitted within 2 weeks of receiving your item
  • If your item says “delivered” and has not arrived, please wait 3 business days before filing a claim as we have seen packages show up within this timeframe.
  • Lost in transit packages are considered when there has not been tracking updates for more than 7 business days

Once submitted, we will review your claim and get back to you within 1 business day

  • Missing parcels or redelivery fees due to invalid / incorrect address information provided by you 
  • Delays in transit 
  • Order marked as unfulfilled or unshipped. This may be due to a pre-order or delay in shipping during high-volume periods (ex. Holidays). 
  • International orders stuck in customs - we can't be held responsible for customs delays. Please get in touch with your chosen carrier and pay required customs fees. If you refuse customs payments, we are not liable for any return to sender fees and these will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Items that are returned to us for a refund or exchange that are in an unsellable condition 
  • If you requested items to be left outside your property and they go missing - this waives the right to any claim as per carrier terms and conditions 
  • If you are unsatisfied with your product, Echo Shipping Protection is not a product replacement plan. Rather, please request a return / exchange within our 30-day return period. 

 

 

Chargebacks:

Our team is here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposely made our policies as fair as possible, and we beleive they are the top in the industry. We are on your team. We are immediately responsive, and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution. 

Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue. If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Dream Water Ltd. will either (a) repair the hardware defect at no charge using new or refurbished replacements, or (b) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, at the manufacturer’s discretion. Return and Refund Policy:

  • Authorized Retailer: All communications regarding returns and refunds must go through the authorized retailer from which the product was purchased.
  • Return Window: Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
  • Condition for Return: Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and include a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Inspection: Returned items will be inspected upon arrival, and customers will be notified of the receipt and status of their refund.
  • Refund: Approved returns will be refunded the purchase amount minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

HOOGA HEALTH

Straightforward Shipping

Hooga's shipping policy is very simple. You should expect your order to arrive in 2-6 business days of the purchase when using Standard shipping options within the United States.

For international shipments with standard shipping, allow as many as 20 business days. You can also upgrade your shipping using Express services as you deem necessary. All Express shipments have an order deadline of 2pm CST in order to be shipped that same day.  For International orders, we ship via an international shipping consolidator (standard shipping), as well as Expedited UPS Services.  Our website automatically calculates the exact shipping charges that we have to pay and bills you accordingly. **Hooga will not be held accountable for shipping-related delays that are the fault of the carrier. Also, if the customer inputs an incorrect or invalid shipping address that results in the package being undeliverable, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with re-shipping the item should they want the item re-shipped. Otherwise, we will offer a refund for the cost of the item. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

International shipments may be subject to duties/taxes .  If you are subject to duties and taxes they will be charged at checkout, and then the package will be delivered to you with duties and taxes already paid (DDP).  

Returns and Exchanges

Hooga’s return policy is very simple - if you are for whatever reason unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days to exchange or return the product to us in "like new" condition with all of the included parts and accessories and in the original packaging.  We pay for all outbound shipping on all exchanges - you just need to cover costs to ship the product back to us.  Please include a note inside the package indicating whether you are looking for a return or an exchange on the item(s).

For returns, you will only be refunded the cost of the product(s) purchased excluding original shipping fees.

How to Return/Exchange 

If you would like to return or exchange a product, please contact us first. Then, please let us know why you are making the return, or give us instructions as to which product you would like in its place. Upon receipt of your item(s) we will either reimburse the cost of the product(s) or ship you a new item(s). For returns, we will credit the cost of the product(s) back to the same payment method that was used for the transaction.

**To qualify for a full refund, items *must* be returned in good condition and in original packaging.

DUNDALK LEISURECRAFT

Dundalk LeisureCraft Responsibilities
1) Building and packing your sauna in a crate
2) Arranging for shipping to your home

Trucking Company Responsibilities
1) Making an appointment to deliver your sauna
2) Delivering your sauna to the end of your driveway or curbside

  • a. The trucking company is NOT responsible for unloading the sauna
  • b. The trucking company is NOT going to back their truck into your driveway
  • c. Most times the trucking company will deliver with an 18 wheel truck

i. Will this size truck fit on your road or neighborhood?

3) If the sauna crate is less than 92” (7 feet), the trucking company may have a lift gate on the back of the truck
which can be used to assist getting the sauna off the truck.
4) If the sauna crate is more than 92”, there will not be a lift gate to unload the sauna crate and the customer
needs to decide how they are going to get the crate off the truck.

Customer Responsibilities
1) Returning phone calls to the trucking company in a timely manner, to arrange delivery
2) Determining how the sauna is going to be unloaded from the truck
a. Crates will vary from 6 feet long to 14 feet long
b. The crate’s weight will vary from 800 pounds to 1600 pounds, depending on the size of the sauna
3) Customer is responsible for unloading the sauna crate from the truck
a. Suggested methods for unloading the truck
i. Use a forklift or other mechanical piece of equipment
1. When using a fork lift to pick up the crates, they must be picked up from the end of
the crate and fork lift extensions are required.
ii. Renting a tilt tow truck to pick up the sauna from the local terminal and have it delivered to
your home

4) If the crate arrives damaged, you can accept the shipment, however, please take pictures of the damage, and
note the damage on the shipper’s Bill of Lading (BOL). Immediately, contact your dealer or Dundalk, so we can
contact the shipper.
a. Mark the Bill of Lading (BOL) with “(Crate arrived open/damaged- Possible Hidden Damage.”

We are committed to the highest quality standards for our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your Austin Air purifier, you may return it in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt for a refund, replacement, or exchange. Customized products, special orders, and replacement filters are not eligible for return.

Requesting a Return:

  2. Packages returned without an RMA will not be accepted for refund.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of the returned product.

BioMat

We are confident in the quality of BioMat and Alkal-Life products, but if you wish to return or exchange your purchase, we offer the following refund policy (initial and return shipping costs are not refundable):

Refund Schedule:

  • 0-7 days from delivery: 100% refund*
  • 8-14 days from delivery: 70% refund*
  • 15-30 days from delivery: 50% refund*
  • 31+ days from delivery: No refund*

*Products purchased through financing are final sales and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Requesting a Return:

  2. Returns must be received within two weeks from the RMA issue date. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  3. Packages without an RMA number may be refused and returned.

Return Shipping:

  • Pack items as originally shipped, including the original product box.
  • Write the RMA number on the package and include your return name, address, and contact phone number.
  • Use a trackable shipping method (UPS, FedEx, USPS with delivery confirmation). The customer is responsible for monitoring the shipment until received by PureVitals.

Refund Process: Refunds (product costs only, excluding shipping) will be issued after inspection and will appear in the cardholder’s account within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or by check for orders paid by cash or check.

Items can only be returned if purchased directly from PureVitals.

Return Policy:

  • Return Period: 30 days from the shipping date.
  • Condition: Items must be in original condition, packaging, with all instructions, documentation, accessories, and unused.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Custom products, special orders, large equipment (e.g., Cadillac, Reformer), accessories, spare parts, special shipments, and reservation amounts.

  2. Products not covered by warranty or not meeting return conditions will be returned to the sender at their expense.

Defective Products:

  1. Report damage or missing/incorrect items within 48 hours of receipt.
  2. Follow the same return procedure as above. PureVitals will cover return costs for defective or incorrect products.

Right of Withdrawal:

  • Notice: Send a withdrawal notice within 14 days.
  • Return: Return the goods within 14 days of the notice.
  • Refund: Refunds include delivery costs, excluding additional costs for premium delivery options.

Reporting Damage:

  1. Note damage on the delivery slip.
  2. Report within 24-48 hours with photographs of the damage and labels.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders canceled within their lead time, prior to shipping, are subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

Return Process:

  1. Contact for Authorization: Email PureVitals at info@purevitalsh20.com with your return request and reasons within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Approval: Once approved, return instructions will be sent via email. Return shipments must be postmarked within 10 days of the claim’s approval notification.
  3. Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return packaging, shipping costs, and the return label.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Adhesive patches, chest and arm straps, heart rate monitors, and CORE suits for heat training cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Playermaker device, you can return it and request a refund within 30 days of receipt.

Eligibility for Refund:

  • Return Period: Within 30 days of receiving your Playermaker device.
  • Condition: Product must arrive in good condition, including sensors, case, straps, and cable.
  • Shipping Fee: You are required to pay the return shipping fee.

For Devices Purchased with a 30-Day Trial:

  1. Contact PureVitals within 30 days to cancel your free trial.
  2. A return label will be sent to you to return the device.
  3. Upon receipt of the device, we will refund the original price minus $30 for shipping costs. Refunds will reflect in 5-10 business days. Keep the receipt of your return shipment until you receive your refund.
