2. Alkaline Water with 4 levels of pH increase you can adjust. The alkaline water does have H2 gas but the concentration is far less than the hydrogen water has. The alkaline water is an excellent cleaning solution for dirt.

3. Acid Water with 4 levels of pH reduction you can adjust. The acid water is used for cleaning the face, vegetables, counter tops, etc. It contains hypochlorous acid for cleaning. The amount of hypochlorous acid is based on the source water coming into the machine. If you are looking for a more robust cleaning and disinfecting solution, we recommend the Echo Clean spray bottle. It is EPA registered and has a far more effective spectrum of disinfection capability because you can add salt.
