Kendall with Rapid Reboot was awesome. My boots were from 4-6 years ago so a couple replacement parts I needed were not being produced anymore. Kendal explained that to me and offered an option for updating the boots, which cost significantly less than getting new boots. She helped me navigate the shipment, payment, and made it easy to send off to them and then they got them back to me VERY quick (maybe 1 week turn around). I have about 40 distance runners on my university team at Azusa Pacific and we have been using the boots for years with minimal problems. My kids love them and having them all updated has been amazing. Much easier to insert the attachments that the models from years ago and my athletes love them.

We use these boots at our physical therapy clinic where they are used about 5-15 times daily. These boots last for about a year before having any sort of issues, and when they do have issues the customer service is always super helpful. We will continue to use these products in our clinic.

I recently ordered compression boots for my husband. He loves them & they are amazing for soreness, stiffness & blood flow. Our initial order I got L boots but he needed XL. We had an issue receiving our product, right before Christmas. But Kendall kept us informed and continued to stay on top of communication as it was a shipping issue with UPS. When we received our product I cannot believe the difference between this and the competition that is out there. The RAPID REBOOT has a much tighter compression for smaller/leaner athletes and the recovery is INCREDIBLE. Noticed a difference after only 4 days of use. Our family of 4 runs over 150 miles a week and they are absolutely the best product on the market of its kind for quick recovery. I have been a customer for some time and recently had an issue with one of the boot attachment legs. Customer service came to my rescue. Shipped the replacement boots to me within days of receiving my defective one. I am truly grateful for your excellent customer service. Rapid Reboot absolutely stands behind their product and knows how to take care of their customer base better than most of these bigger companies. I hope that Rapid Reboot introduces more recovery lineup products as well as accessories.

My Chiropractor introduced me to compression therapy and after a couple of sessions I knew this was something I wanted to do but it was going to be spendy in his office. I am an active person, playing competitive club tennis and officiating high school and college basketball. My legs take a beating, my shoulder hurts and I have a sciatica issue in my lower back.
