In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty product or if it stops working shortly after purchase, rest assured that we are committed to resolving the issue. For items under warranty, we will replace them free of charge. When requesting a replacement, please confirm the address we should ship the replacement to. Please return the device in like-new condition, in its original packaging, and include all accessories that came with the product in order to get a full refund. 

Our red light therapy panels come with a 3 year warranty, and all other red light therapy products have a 2 year warranty. Our grounding products and blue-blocking lights come with a 2 year warranty.  The PEMF mat and Sauna blanket come with a 2 year warranty.

If your device stops working or suffers some sort of mechanical failure within the warranty period, just reach out to us with your order number and we'll either replace or repair your device free of charge. 

There is no need to claim your warranty or register your device, as this happens automatically upon purchase.
